how to check/eliminate a virus or malware

– I have pirated a game and got the window defender said that the application/file thing is a virus or malware and it have dissapear but the other part of the file is still there

I have put the file(with out the application/file thing cause of windowdefender deleted it) through total virus and got like a 4/69 and got these red

* SecureAge – Malicious

* MaxSecure – Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen

* Trapmine – Malicious.high.ml.score

iam also running kaspersky

and planning to do the safe mode thing
