was doing research and clicked a skecthy website on accident

so i was doing research about pre paid cards so i can gift one to my friend for his bday. and i was clicking the next pages to find some more info like from “Reddit post” but i accidently clicked on a sketchy ass website that said “not secured” and i closed it instaly im scared af rn ngl. i was using incognito and i updated my laptop and cleared temp files and scanned w default windows 11 scanner. am i over reacting or am i fucked? ( do i have a rat in my pc now?)
