Kaspersky not working right, any ideas?

I have 2 issues with Kaspersky Security Cloud on windows 10:

  1. The full scan was not able to finish it got stuck saying “99% less than a minute” and stayed like this for a day
  2. It’s not able to delete the infections that were found during the scan. I selected resolve all and the animation is just spinning forever for few hours. After the restart the same thing (I think I will stop waiting for it soon)

I really thought I can trust them but now I’m very disappointed. Happy I didn’t pay for the license.
