Antivirus for Medium business

Good afternoon everyone!

I recently got hired as a system and security administrator. I was curious on your guys take on antivirus. What are the best ones, and why.

I’m familiar with Bitdefender, and Cylance. I was leaning on Cylance as that’s what I’m knowledgeable in. But I would be curious to see if anyone else had anything else that would an amazing antivirus to use.
